Concrete Canvas USA
Concrete Canvas is known for inventing Geosynthetic Cementitious Composite Mats, or GCCMs, often described as Concrete on a Roll. The material is delivered in roll format, laid in place, and hydrated to form a thin, durable concrete layer for erosion control, containment, hard armor, channel lining, weed suppression, and other infrastructure applications.

CCX-MAT includes a low-permeability LLDPE backing with a durable concrete composite top cover, allowing the material to accommodate differential ground movement while limiting crack propagation and retaining low permeability.

About CCX-M®
CCX-MAT® (CCX-M®) has a 12 mil LLDPE backing to ensure the material has very low permeability. The composite concrete top cover provides a high degree of long-term durability and can accommodate a high level of differential ground movement due to the fibre reinforcement imbedded within its structure. This limits crack propagation while retaining low levels of permeability. As a result, CCX-M® is the ideal solution for the lining and remediation of channels and irrigation canals, increasing their operational life and reducing water seepage losses. Jointing of CCX-M® is typically through a combination of screws, or screws and sealant or thermal bonding.
CCX® is our next-generation GCCM for lining large, uniformly profiled infrastructure, delivering erosion protection and reduced seepage losses. Ideal for large bulk water infrastructure such as irrigation canals, stormwater drainage, spillways and hydro-electric flumes, CCX® can also be used for surface protection of earthen structures and geomembranes.
Available in 2 variants: CCX-MAT® (CCX-M®) and CCX-UTILITY® (CCX-U®).
